Integrity. I have heard the term very few times before I stumbled upon James Clear’s Integrity Report. But what is Integrity and why does it need its own report?
Integrity is when your personal values align with your everyday actions. When you “practice what you preach” or when you “put your actions where your mouth is”. The opposite of integrity is hypocrisy.
